We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@infiniteodysseylab.com. If your return meets our criteria, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive what you want, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
